Brochures

This brochure for the Hudson Hill Condominium was designed as a trifold with inside pocket and inserts. The inserts included floor plans, renderings and pricing.

We designed their brochure to be consistent with all other marketing materials that we created for them.

We chose to print the brochure on an uncoated thick paper stock to emphasize the natural wood appearance.

The final piece has the feel of a coffee table book, something to keep for display.
