Alchemy Properties' Hudson Hill Condo at 462 West 58th Street is sweet! The building’s contemporary architecture and connotations within the name helped drive our identity development work for it. Very few buildings in NYC are built with a warm wood façade, so that was a winning attribute to highlight throughout all marketing materials.
