Online Marketing for the Reserve at Glen Ridge

In keeping with The Reserve’s serene neighborhood feeling, we designed the website for the Pegasus Group to reflect the sense of community throughout. Living spaces designed for young professionals and empty nesters alike, The Reserve is unique in the fact that it is located five minutes from the charming town of Montclair and less than 30 minutes from the bustling city lights of Manhattan.

In order to guarantee top organic listed ranking within major search engines like Google and Yahoo, Daron Rosenberg Creative used search engine optimization as well as local listings. Using flash ad banners on third party sites, we created clicks and generated buzz to draw brokers and buyers to the Reserve.

Google AdWords
A very successful component of the marketing were the Google AdWords campaigns we created and managed for this property. Ads were geo targeted and written to attract qualified leads. Over a period of more than a year, these ads were continually refined for optimum ROI, adapt to seasonal interest, and used promote special offers. Our tracking & analysis of traffic patterns continually informed the marketing and sales teams of the newest trends.
